Please note, some of our items take longer in the printing process. Most items ship within 2-3 days, while others may take up to 7 days. A tracking number will immediately be sent to the email address you provided. Should you not receive a tracking number after 7 days, please email us immediately HERE.
Refunds and Exchanges
Items may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery of shipment. A store credit will be issued for returns because we individually make each item to order, using our supplies and resources to custom cut, print and make it specifically for each customer.
Items must be in their original unused condition (this means no pet hairs, etc.) and sent back with the original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
